Do I need Plans drawn and submitted to the council?
You don't need to submit plans to council for:
- Decks under 1m.
- Fences.
- Building or demolishing a non load bearing wall in your house.
- Replacing anything with the same thing. For example: windows, kitchens, baths, vanities.
- Retaining wall under 1m.
- Making pathway and driveways.
- Building small sheds.
- Making a compost bin.

- Rowland will contact you and arrange a time to meet and talk through the project
- Quote and payment schedule agreed on
- Renovation is started
- Renovation is completed
- After sales follow up and evaluation
