I am happy to come round and view your proposed work and give you a fixed price quote. I am also happy to work on a “charge up” basis.
I charge $50 an hr + GST But if you live in the Porirua Basin or Tawa. You will get a discounted rate of $45 + GST, because Porirua Construction aims to work local, saving on time and petrol.
Pre Buyers Building Inspection
for a standard house $300+ GST or if the house is in Tawa or Porirua basin $200+ GST.
